Switching Plans

Upgrading

From Professional to Growth:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click "Upgrade to Growth"
  3. Pay the difference
  4. New features unlock immediately

Prorated billing: You only pay for the remaining days in your billing cycle.

Downgrading

From Growth to Professional:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select Professional plan
  4. Confirm downgrade

Important notes:

  • Downgrade takes effect at end of current billing period
  • You keep Growth features until period ends
  • Data is not deleted

Canceling

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Select reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What happens:

  • Access to features until period ends
  • Data preserved for 6 months
  • Can reactivate anytime
